cheap electrical fencing - where to buy

I'm looking around for some electrical fencing and thought it might be a good idea to buy it online to get a good price, but I have no idea what shops have nice stuff at nice prices?

any ideas please?

I use Gallagher electric fencing, don't know if you can buy it online though, have you tried www.foxequestrian.ie?

Try Paddock Perfection through ebay - just got all ours at a very good price from them and delivery was brilliant

I had a look around the factory in Shropshire where the 'Fenceman' fencing units are made last week. They have some clever circuitry in their energisers which they claim will allow them to run off a car battery for up to 20 weeks without recharging

The trick is to go to an agricultural supplier (look in Farmers Weekly or similar) , same stuff but without the equestian markup. they think we horse owners have money, Grrr
