Cheap mane blades

Careful you don't end up with some nasty steps in the mane with those, cheap as chips and probably very fragile, you get what you pay for. Personally I'd just use a mane comb and take a little at a time, forever!
 
I bought something similar for general trimming. It was great for wispy bits round the back of legs etc. I would say that probably not great for the mane as it was very sharp to start with but blunted very quickly. I imagine you will run the risk of steps as has been said before.
