To cut a very long story short the MILs dog is currently being rehomed by the MIL but is with us for a month over Christmas. The dog is fab in many respects but has an awful habit of destroying her bed! If she was going to be with us long term I'd buy her a Tuffie or similar but as she's only with us for a few weeks and has already destroyed two beds I'm looking for cheap options that shes less likely to destroy! Current thinking is a plastic bed filled with blankets or similar....thoughts?

Pictures of the terror in question ;)

A wooden crate type bed filled with straw?
I'd be worried she would ingest fabrics with sheets and blankets.
She looks lovely, and sure to get re-homed quickly. (very tempting!)

Hopefully, though unfortunately she needs to be in a very active home who know what they're doing and will spend the time working on her recall etc - I'd like her to end up in a working home but not my decision :)
