It's a christmas present for a friend, I want to spend £20 tops tbh She's obsessed with her horse, and the colour orange. I thought bright orange numnah and overreach boots? Think I can get both for £20?

Personally I'd rather have one nicer thing than two cheaper things. I would say either of those is perfectly fine and you can find a nice one for £20. Here are some boots:
