If you mean cheap-cheap, I suggest you approach a local estate that has forestry (or possibly the Forestry Commission) and ask if they have any larch thinnings you can have. Offer to remove them yourself. They are worth next to nothing and, if you smile sweetly, they might be able to help you!

Cheap cheap sounds good but would they be straight and have the right size and length?
