Cheapest place to buy a dog cage/car crate?

I'm looking for a car crate/dog crate to fit a collie sized dog. I want the cage to be able to fold completely flat as well.

I've seen some online around 100cm by 70cm by 80cm size roughly for about £40 to £50 is this a fair price? Is this the right size?

Thats about right for a collie sized crate I paid £45 for mine and its perfect size!!!

I found petplanet.com was good! also pets at home often have random sales on for theirs at ok prices (I got mine there!)
 
I've always bought mine from ebay, normally delivered within 24 hours and my 36" one (for two little terriers!) cost me around £30 including postage, but that was about 3 years ago.
 
I got mine from Petsmart or whatever they are called now.
paid £40 or £45 (can't remember now) for a large size and it is really good and substantial with doors at front and side.
Forgot to say my Lab fits in it really well with lots of room.
 
I have a redundant one, not sure of the size though but it just about squoze onto my backseat. I used it for about 6 wks when my Lurcher was a pup. I will go and check the size now. Not sure where you are based but if its not too small you are welcome to it.
 
Just checked now and its not as big as I thought but its 24 x 18 x 20.5. It just shows how small my boy was when I got him

I think thats where my large ones from. It really is great, much better quality than my smaller one. I got the free bowls and bed too.
 
Thanks for all that useful info everyone. Sorry not replied sooner have been offline since I did my post. Will be offline until Monday but you've all given me some good info to start me searching the web on Monday morning.
