You can make your own, I've just made a batch of tuna and cheese ones which will go in the freezer for next year. Google kong recipes there should be loads.
I make my own too, used to sell them by the bagful but can't be asrs*d now
All natural meat products and no additives, I make up a batch and freeze them (apart from the pork, that keeps fresh if kept in a cool dry place)
Here's pork, beef and liver

Only downside is, you become VERY popular with everybody else's dog/s you meet when out walking, they can smell it on you a mile off and have had to have embarrassed owners drag or pick their dogs up and cart them off as the dog/s refuse to leave me alone and most embarrassing "incident" to date was a year ago I was travelling through Victoria station in rush hour for an appointment and suddenly a black lab attached it's snout to the pocket of my trousers, it was a drugs dog, got hauled off and bodily searched infront of laughing commuters. I didn't have any treats on me that day thank goodness as I carry them in resealable plastic pouches like drug dealers carry drugs!
God knows what would have happened if they had found any little brown lumpy looking things in a plastic pouch in my pocket!
The rather large copper searching me said as he pulled out numerous dog poo bags out of my pockets "I can see you're a dog owner Sir" luckily I hadn't forgotten any full ones I sometimes leave in my pockets
So, if you need to go through Victoria station, don't have dog treats on you!
