Cheapest rhino original medium weight stable rug

I am after the 200g rhino stable rug with the liner attachments. I need to buy the rug, a neck and some liners. Does anyone know where to get them from at reasonable price? Checked ebay.

Also do people rate them? Are they nice and deep as my boy is a bit chunky and amigos seem to be slightly short whereas weatherbeeta are nice and deep on him.

sorry IMO

Rambos are to short in depth and tight across the chest if you have an ID or big chested horse.

I prefer fal which are deeper and generous round the chest , or there are some other brands like weatherbeeta etc
I had rambos but sold every one as i ended up buying chest extenders which then put wither bit to far back so sold and switched to Fal
 
I just have NZ now no stable ones.

I have 40grm
150grm
250grm
350grm
400grm

My horses only ever wear 2 rugs ( wont weigh them down)

They have the 40grm

then just the 150 then
then the 350 with under rug
then just 400 then 400 with under


the beauty of fal is they are good fit
light on the horse
and warm

pet hate when horses have 5 rugs on
 
Mines quite a big horse also and his Horseware rugs fit well.
OP I have a Rambo Medium stable rug which I bought on Ebay for £39.99 and the matching neck was £15- Liners fit under nicely.
They are still selling them as I saw recently and thought about getting another one! sizes and colours may now be limited but got to be worth a look?!
Really nice rug and washes beautifully. (good job as they are stripey so get a bit grubby looking!)

Just checked the seller also has a proper online store and they have them in stock.
Rambo Newmarket stable rugs. Google Hope Valley Saddlery, click on Brands in the top menu then Rambo and its on the second page.
If its definitely Rhino you want they are often pretty good for those also.
 
My boy is a 16.3 shire x who wears a 6ft 9 rug, he is very broad chested. He has a no fill rambo supreme and it fits him a treat, it is very deep and is a good fit across his chest. I use mine with the liners so I just have one rug to deal with. In the summer he has a light rain sheet and it is an Amigo and again a good fit for his build.

When I was looking for my rambo, Hope Valley and Horse Boutique were good for prices, but in the end I got it from my local saddlery (ingatestone) as they offered a good price.
 
Both my Rambo and rhino rugs are quite snug on my 'ample bosomed' Arab. The amigos on the other hand fit perfectly.
