Checklist for outing

Hello, all. Not posted for a while but need some ideas please.

Went for a beach ride couple of weeks ago with some friends and our ponies and one of my firendss forgot her hat. Its her Birthday this weekend and because I'm short of money at the moment I'm making her some things. One of the things I'm making her is a laminated checklist with some nice pics in the background of everything you need for an outing with a horse.

I've got all the obvious things (I think) Like hat, bridle, saddle, directions, grooming kit, money, body protector, girth, competition things etc. Has anyone got any other suggestions, serious or silly?

Whips, haynet, drinks and snacks for people, water for horses to drink and wash off with, boots (horse and rider), spare head collar and lead rope, fleeces, spare socks and pants!

I always take 2 lunge lines to assist with loading - mine load fine now ... But always have them just incase

also take extra headcollar and leadrope incase of breakages, water, lunge line to help with loading, mini first aid kit for you and horse
