Cheese Grater Stirrups

I’m looking at getting some cheese grater stirrups but don’t want to pay the earth for them what one’s are good and where can I get them from ??

Thorowgood T6's, theyre as flexible as the Sprengers, and have the cheesegrater treads

We've had both. The Royston ones were cheap rubbish and so badly finished as to be sharp against the boot and horse. Also the gap for the stirrup leather to go through was so narrow that we couldn't put them up when not riding. We also ahve the Thorowgoods and they have been great. v light too which is a good thing.

I got cheese grater treads and put them in my normal stirrups. They were £3.50 from my tack shop and are fab!

Where is your local tack shop, I can't seem to find them anywhere
