Cheltenham Gag Cheeks - How can you put them on?!

Bought a new cheltenham gag for one of the RS horses, he had one before that had just got a bit loose, I assumed would be able to take of gag cheeks and put on new bit but it seems thats not possible. So how the hell do you!?

There are variants of cheeks

Some are stitched on by a saddler, some have chicago screws and can be undone at the top, and others have a tuck fixing a the top.

If yours is stitched you either need to take to a saddler, or buy some moveable cheeks
