The Cherry Lodge Planning application is going before the committee this Thursday10th of Nov at 7pm.. it will be first on the agenda to be heard, we are asking all horse riders to attend to show our disapproval to the plans to turn our Rights of Ways and off road riding into a Road to be used by HGV's every 3 minutes... not only will these lorries be coming from Biggin Hill but in the amended plans they will be coming up Westerham Hill... thats a HGV lorry every 3 minutes..... There will be Press photographers on site at 6.30pm to take a picture of us outside the Planning Offices at the Civic Centre Bromley .... I would please ask you to spare half an hour of your time to show your support against this.... we are hoping that this will help for a refusal..... please, bring as many people with you as you can.... we are not a minority... we are a majority and we will be heard.......If you need any more details or a lift, please let me know I have spaces available...

Well it was unanimously voted against and refused...... but the fight goes on and they will no doubt appeal... if anyone can recommend a good appeal QC....?

But for tonight we are jubilant.....:)
