I got a normal one and an extra trigger clip with a ring attached.
I velcroed the rambo extender in place then attached the ring of the extra clip to the two trigger clips, making sure the 'tongue' of the top clip passed through the buckle of the extender. I repeated the process in reverse on the other side.
Confused, PM me your email and i'll take a photo. Looks a bit messy but has stayed on for last month.
