Chestnut gelding flaxen mane and tail freeze mark c23u

I am trying to trace my old horse, would love to know if he is ok, he is chestnut gelding with flaxen mane and tail, freeze mark c23u, not sure of his age now but will be getting on a bit, sold from Bristol area 1999-2000 time
