does anyone have one? and do u like them or not etc?
i'm looking for a double trailer lightweight so my car VW Sharan can tow it with a big 16,2hh

My friend has one and I've borrowed it a couple of times to transport my 16.1. I quite like it, like you say very lightweight, easy to use etc. My only bug bear is that there is no tying up rings inside or haynet rings! Don't know if this is just specific to hers and I suppose you could just put one in. I also like the little window near the horses head. You can stick your head out of the car window at traffic lights and wave to him!!

we had one for twelve months, only sold as we needed a lorry as too many ponies.

we loved it really easy to tow. liked the tack box in the door. we had the 2003xl. i am sure we were able to tie haynets up ok.
i liked the large door at the front - no bending down to get in and out.
also they have a universal back door so great for collecting a pallet of shavings/feed.

Mine has no tying rings either!! My 16.2 ISH goes in but they are pretty narrow and she only has an inch front and back. She takes a 6'6" rug if that helps! She travels really well, it's light and airy, but it is a squeeze getting her out. I have had to remove the seperating bars at the front because they took up too much of the exit space.

It is a tight squeeze but I don't think mine is the XL, that's the wider one isn't it?

I must admit I looked at stacks before I chose mine and it tows fine with my 5 series touring bmw. although it is a 4.4L

I looked at one and was surprised, it was really nice. Thought it was the same as the requisite one but inside it isnt, much more substantial. It wasnt the 2003xl, just the bog standard double. Lady brought her horse to the vets in one but had to rear unload as the front unload is tight especially with the tack locker and although the tack locker inside is a great idea, you couldnt get out of the one I seen from the inside through the jockey door if it was shut. What I mean is you had to be let out as you cant undo it from the inside. Wouldnt fancy being stuck inside if I had to get out quick! Mind you the IW are like this too.
