Childrens Body Protectors

Hi, my sisters need new body protectors, they both have a 32" chest. Does anyone know of any reasonebly priced places for me to look, they need to be level 3 protection. Could I buy secondhand or are they like hats and you should buy them new?
Any help will be gratefully received cos I have no idea!

you should really buy new, but a lightly used secondhand one would be ok. It is important they fit OK though.
