childs xc shirt pre xmas?

Ordered my daughter a xc set for xmas - green with gold stars. I chose the baselayer and t-shirt, however unfortunately she has now made clear that she much prefers a rugby shirt. All the custom manufacturers I have tried have too long an order time (the original manufacturer I have already purchased from doesn't do kids rugby shirts).

Anyone have any ideas of where I could get one on short order time?

She is 7 (but I was buying age 9 so her body protector might fit under it).

You may be a bit restricted on choice but is there a local embroidery suppliers who could supply a green rugby shirt and then embroider in yellow your daughter's name on the back? Then you could buy some yellow fabric and applique some yellow stars down the sleeves. or vice versa with a yellow top and green embroidery/stars?

Failing that does any local school have green or yellow as a colour? Can you buy a green or yellow rugby top and add stars? (or if ambitious buy 2 sizes up one each colour then cut in quarters anf re-sew together.)
