Has anyone used them? Im after a turnout with a combo neck (not removable) and they are a good price and 1200d
Am mainly wondering how they come up size wise? My horse is 15.2 and quite little built. Most of his stuff is 6'3 but having recently purchased a weatherbeeta 6'3 that was HUGE im a little reluctant to order online and not be able to return!
Otherwise whats peoples views on Rhinegold or Axiom? as there is a lot on ebay and they are also "budget" but 1200d! (or the Saxon heavy?)

I personally avoid rhinegold.
I recently bought a maxima turnout with detachable neck off eBay, it didnt fit and she was very nice about it and said if I returned it to her she would exchange for another size (it was free postage both times) I am very pleased with it.

I was going to order the chilton but they didn't have the size I wanted and I was desperate so went for the other one. I thought the chilton looked ok to me :)

I have an unfilled turnout from Chilton (rain sheet). It is a lovely rug but I find it came up a little short. In fact, I am going to replace it next spring with another one (but a size up).

I really like it. Good, strong rug and very waterproof.

My normal turnout is a Rambo Duo. However, if I was buying a normal rug I would certainly look at the Chiltons.

Axiom are brilliant, i have a heavy weight turnout combo and it's fits my boy really well, would definitely buy another one. Rhinegold don't come up very deep neither do Saxon, which is the budget version of Weatherbeeta.

I have a Chillton no fill. It's stood up to a good few winters now, and is still going strong and still waterproof. I would say they are probably similar size wise to the Premier Equines, and a bit smaller than Fals.

My boy came with a Saxon turnout, or as I call it his horsey mini-skirt. Not my rug of choice, it fits length wise but is a little shallow... I was thinking it may just be my lanky boy, but I'm guessing not...

Agree with avoiding rhinegold! I just bought 2 light weights of theirs and they are the worst fit ever! tiny around the chest and was wet through this morning! I'm so annoyed with myself as for £5 more for each rug I could have got amigo light weights! but went for rhinegold coz I could have different colours! and then they fricking sent me the same colour after all!

Oh sorry that made me smile! God how bloody irritating though! If its any consolation i found mine to always feel clammy and slightly damp under their Amigo l/w!
