Chinese crested

We have decided to get a puppy.
We want a small breed(lap dog!)
I have been looking at the chinese crested.Does anyone have one,or can anyone tell me a bit more about them.The hairless ones.I know they can suffer from dental problems,and problems with their kness.

Her little chap, Rocky, has really won me over as I always thought they were pretty,, er,, ugly

but he's a dude and has the best collection of outfits

The pic of Rocky in your sig really reminds me of someone, it's an ageing rocker I think but I can't quite put my finger on who,, it'll come to me
