I normally have chiropractor then saddle fitter as to me that makes sense, however someone told me earlier it should be the other way around! I'm now doubting myself!! Just wondering what you normally do?

If your saddle is an issue or due to be checked then i would do saddle fitter first so you can get back on board as soon as possible after the chiro. If theres going to be a delay then it might undo all the work the chiro does.

However if your saddle seems fine then you could get the chiro first to see what the problem is if any and they could advise if they think the saddle is causing a problem.

I just had the saddler then the physio the following week - they're both so busy that's just the way they could fit me in for an appointment!!
