I want to get my youngster checked over, as he's in the process of being broken in and having been really easy he flipped out one day and bucked his jockey off in spectacular style - as such I want to rule out any back issues before continuing his ridden work. He's not had any obvious injuries, but who knows what happens in the field - and it's possible that he could have done some damage when he had his bucking fit. I've prodded his back a bit and it seems very sensitive, but I'm not sure if that's just the fact that he's a thin-skinned sensitive type, or if there's actual pain there.
For myself, I've had osteo, chiro and physio - all useful in their own ways. But I'd like to hear from anyone with similar problems to the above as to which one is more suitable for a general check over.
I'd also love to hear any practitioner recommendations - I'm near Canterbury, Kent.
Thanks!
