Chosing a show name?

Hiya, i've recently had a red+white cob colt, i will be passporting him in the next month or so but need to think of a show name i can register him by?
He is known as Chester to us. i've never had to think of a name for a horse before so does anyone have any suggestions or ways to come up with one? :) xx Becky xx

Do you know his parents' names? You could take parts of one or both of them & add something else to make a show name? Or look for something in his personality for inspiration? :)
 
His mum and dad are just normal family cobs, they are just passported with their stable names, his dad is Troy, and his mum is Crunchie.

Well, don't do what my friend did. (In ireland, you have to come up with 4 options, and basically, you are given the one that has not been already used.) My friend had put in 3 options and was struggling to come up with a fourth, when someone suggested Pimp my Ride. As you can guess, when his passport came back, guess what his name was - Pimp my Ride, she was mortified at shows, being announced as riding "Pimp my Ride". Funny though!!!

I had to put 4 options to name my Irish boy too and was very tempted to add Dances on Dasies to the list but fortunately didn't, just my luck it would have been picked :D
 
haha thats ace. :) well just been discussing it with my boyfriend, what about Chest of dreams, CHest because hes called Chester and Dreams because hes my first ever horse/pony and ive always wanted one? xx
 
oooh, I like Chest of Dreams, and you could always use Chesta Dreams and variations as your other 3 too then you would hopefully get it or at least they'd have to return it to you to think up some more :)
