As title, have two and a bit weeks to put together a dressage to music to a christmas song!

Its a fun event so no editing just go with the song! ive a bouncy short striding forward going cob so any suggestions welcomed :)

There's a bouncy christmas song called 'sleigh ride' that google tells me is by 'the ronettes' that might be suitable? It's quite quick but has a tempo that might be just right!

I've always wanted to do Stop the Cavalry, I think it would go really well but sadly no fun christmas dressage near me :(

For our Connie pony I used Sleigh Ride for trot, Little Drummer Boy for walk and I saw Three Ships for canter

I thought Little Drummer Boy too. Winter Wonderland? So many to choose from! I'd just pick a favourite and go with it

How about The Little Drummer Boy, find on Youtube under The Little Drummer boy (Perfect Version) by MagicMaker7 or Boney M. - Little Drummer Boy (1981) worth listening to, starts slow, builds up, faster, back to slow.....and everyone can join in with the rum- pa- pa-pum, rum-pa-pa-pums.

Or for something a little faster, and my favourite of all time...The Ronnettes - Sleigh Ride (2012 Sony remaster) under PhilSpectorVEVO on Youtube. Faster and bouncy and even has a horse neighing at the beginning....what more could you want? Good luck.

Blimey...cross posting....great minds think alike

At Oympia last year someone did dressage to music to christmas songs. She did a trot to Rudolph the Rednose reindeer which was quite sweet! Also how about Jingle Bells (canter)

Definitely a mix of music and its hard work but great fun putting together. Sort your routine out, time the moves then cut together different songs for the different moves. It works better this way than trying to fit your routine to a piece of music and the variety is great as well.
