Hi there,
my OH's dog has had limes disease and altho this appears to have been kicked by the antibiotics, she now has been diagnosed with ME.
She has massive muscle wastage and is extremely lethargic with occasional bouts of depression. Currently she can manage to stand to eat (she has a good appetite) and will walk about to find a toiletting spot but otherwise appears too weak to move about much. The vet does not seem to know of any particular treatments that might help.
Before we get to the stage of calling it a day with her, does anyone have any experience of treating/coping with canine ME and what recovery did the dog make?
