Read some good things on it so I wanted to try my old chap on it. I'm generally quite sceptical of any kind of suppliment but I thought I'd see if it made any difference.
I popped to the shop but I could only find cider vinegar, not Apple cider vinegar. I'm assuming its the same thing?! Where do people buy theirs from?
And I'm not quite sure how much to feed, he's a big lad around 16.2-16.3. I've read online that 60ml with 60ml of water is what people usually feed but just wanted to check with people on here who actually use it.
Thanks :)

If you want to feed this supplement (I do for my 20 year old with arthritis - as part of a wider supplementation regime) what you need is Apple Cider vinegar, but importantly - with "mother", it's no good without that. I buy mine from Pegagus Health (http://www.pegasushealth.com/product/Apple_Cider_Vinegar_with_Mother). Mine gets 60 ml per day in the feed, which is mixed with water.
