We dropped off our Georgeo filly and Ousbek colt to their new home on Thursday and I wish i'd had a camera because they looked stunning dancing round the field, they have gone to the same home as last years Ousbek filly and roan gelding and they looked fab but a little terrified of their new friends that had just arrived

Thanks everyone for the well wishes, hopefully I will get the shoulder sorted out tomorrow and get back on track for the show, fingers crossed.

It really was a ray of sunshine to see the babies this morning, not being in the UK, I really miss not getting to see them all grow and develop, but thankfully Claire knew how down I was yesterday and also knows just how to pick me up again, what would I do with out her.

LOL your spotty bum comment really made me laugh

I have no problem with you calling your puppy Layla, if it turns out to be like its name sake, it will be very loyal and loving

I hope so!

Actually I have just followed my nose to the stallion you used, Private B Riker and Mendip Stud have a lovely colt for sale by him. Alas I am only window shopping

if Amky is to become a reining queen, I can see more people combining the two!
Just commented on your photos on the other forum, but thought I'd say it here as well, your Balou filly is lovely! Out of interest do you think her lovely front came more from sire or dam?

I think I will have to say her mother (although I will take nothing away from Balou, I love him) as her half sister is the 3 year old filly Gallavant seen loose jumping in the other thread, but I think that this filly has a bit more substance about her, although and I know it will sound like a contradiction, she is still elegantly refined, which definitely comes from the mare.

You will have to ask them to send you some pics so we can all see them

It can be a bit scary for them, moving to a new place, but they seem to bounce back quickly

Oh poor you - that shoulder sounds awful - I do hope you can get it fixed soon.

Love all your babies - the Balou filly is very special. The little Arab baby seems to be coming along nicely too.

Did you get the book I sent you? Posted about 2 weeks ago, but I don't know how long things take to your part of the world...

Very gentle hugs
