I have read lots and lots of blogs and watched many videos on the internet about how to perfect and reach the classical seat (the upper body, upper leg, lower leg, heel, hands, etc)
Some usually have terms of which i don't always understand, can someone please explain the problems with each of these sections (leaning to forward, to back), how to correct them, how to know when you are doing something wrong and right, and exercises to help, Thanks!
