I have just spent the afternoon digging out Monty's bed and putting down a lovely clean bed knowing full well it will be disgusting in the morning

Why do I bother? I dunno

So I thought it was time for a little poll as I am sure one day I will have a clean horse, won't I?
So how many clean horses are there?

Lovely and clean. He also rolls in a very polite fashion so that he just gets the teeniest tiniest bit of mud on his hocks, knees, round his face and a tiny smidgen elsewhere. I love my horse

Star is sooo tidy! 3 poos in the back left hand corner of her stable. All nicely balanced on top, not mixed with the straw!

She does have a mahoosive bed though and I think that helps.

My mare I sold in January used to be a filthy herbert - but I found that once she was able to have two stables she got much cleaner!! Greey space hog that she was!!!

I have now managed to get 4 very tidy ponios! Granted they do spend more time out than in - but they are all very well behaved. Bless them!

Well I love my pony as well - despite her having this 'thing' about applying poo to her white bits - very accuratley! And her tail, hocks, knees and backside are White! I leave the rest to your imagination

Mine all live out 24/7, but I have to say my old TB is filthy. It's deceptive though - because the bed looks immaculate in the morning, as does she, until you start to muck out...then the true horror unfolds.
When I had WPs, it wasn't unknown for them to cry....

mine is disgusting, 2 wheelbarrow full yesterday and 3 today. he has even take to digging his bed about which make it impossible to sort out.

My TBx can be vile in the stable but both of them have fully matted stables and I don't use much bedding so I can just sweep them out if they are really bad

Mine wee's and poo's everywhere then mixes it all up so that every day I have to 'hunt the poo' through his whole bed. Total dirty git! But I still love him x

Mare is great, poo's in one spot and rarely wee's in the stable, takes about 20 secs to clean out. Gelding, looks like a dung spreader has been in! have tried just rubber matting, lots of straw, bit of straw etc but it makes no difference he's just a mucky herbert!

Mine is lovely and clean in his bed, but he does lie in his poo. I always find a poo pancake in the morning, with it plastered down his neck. Lovely. "Mummy can I have a kiss?" YUCK.
