I got a pair of Dublin river boots a couple of years ago before I got back into riding and used them as winter boots. Having got back in the saddle, they inevitably became riding and yard boots and are now filthy :( is there a way I can clean them up? I don't want to use anything in case I make them worse!

Wash them Off and the best stuff to use is Nic Wax use liquid all over and cream Nic wax on the foot part waterproofs and doesn't rot stitching like dubbin.

I used to wash the mud off, leave them to dry and then apply clear dubbin. Mine always come up well (until the next muddy puddle!).
