Cleaning my riding hat?

Regular Charles Owen skull hat, it's very comfy. But also very sweaty! How can I get it clean, can I send it to a dry cleaners to have it steam cleaned (I ask in total ignorance of how stuff gets cleaned in a dry cleaners!). Ideas anyone?

You can buy a moose cleaner from saddlerys that you spray on the inside then scrub it. I have had problems in the past with a rash on my forecast so I'm now paronod about keeping my hat clean. I do this everynown and again but after every ride I spray deodorant into my hat. Seems to do the trick!!

Checked at saddlers but they said they never heard of any product - maybe to try a fabric spray or powder, eek!

Ah... After extensive Internet searching and deciding I should create a product that can clean helmets I found that Charles Owen already have a product - 1 cleaner and 1 deodoriser! Hope that helps anyone else struggling, have ordered mine from amazon so will review when they arrive
