I have just bought my daughter a new synthetic saddle for her pony, I have only had leather before, and she has just got mud all over it.

I have wiped off what I can with baby wipes, do any of you know a better way to get it clean?

Depending on the brand, they will have a cleaning product. For instance I clean my wintec, with wintec saddle cleaner etc etc :) however, in the abscence of these things, I am pretty sure soap and water will do perfectly :)

I clean my griffin with soap and water and a sponge and then i just brush the suede with a brush and then just wipe it over with a dish cloth. It comes up sparkling.

Damp sponge :)

I love synthetics, virtually maintenance free, except I do change leathers from side to side frequently on English saddles, or swap for leather ones, as many synthetics tend to stretch quite quickly.
