Just wondering re my previous post re defamtion / slander etc .
If it is possible to raise a small claims action in scotland for damages ???
police officer dealing with it says , the guy has had a warning from him and also from my solicitor , and he has been breaking the law in what he has had online , but police officer for reasons as yet unknown to me , says he is not going to charge the Man in question .
I will be finding out why exactly soon !! Im not happy that he is not to be charged .
any thoughts be great xx
