clip on hi viz breastplate/strap for exercise sheet - do they exist?

I'm walking/long reining my mare out in a roller, but my exercise sheet (hi vis) is wraparound and I would like to stop it flapping around at the front, plus add some more visability on her chest.

I know the Polite sheet has a neckstrap of some sort, are they fixed on to the sheet or can they be bought separately?

Polite ones have plastic clips on them, not sure if you can buy them separately though.
