Clipper Blades

Hi

I have just brousht some Lister Neon clippers and they have come with fine blades. I also brought a spare set of the same blades just in case they get blunt half way through.

I am starting to wonder if these are the right blades to fully clip and hog my cob.

Are the fine blades okay for this or should I have got medium ones? My cob is already hogged and clipped so just needs redoing every 5-6 weeks.

You'd get on better with medium blades as the fine ones will blunt pretty quickly.

Its always handy to have a variety of blades for the different clipping jobs you'll be doing ...legs/body/hogging etc as you'll no doubt find out....

i use medium for everything,hogging,feathers,body and hairy shetland.

i clip my cob with bog standard blades not sure what fine/medium or whatever but they are liveryman and saw A2 on them and i do her full body, legs, hog etc with them
