Sorry - rather boring but I'm thinking of buying a set of mains powered clippers to use on my cob's legs and mane. She is part yak so they need to be really beefy but don't want too heavy or noisy. I currently use a battery powered one, which is good, but I need to get really close in as she is prone to scabby legs.

Anyway, anyone love their clippers want to recommend.

Lister liberty works great on daughters welsh cob who has very coarse feathers. She had to be sedated before we had her but will let me clip her face with these.Cant rate them highly enough. They are battery but it last for 2 or 3 hours and she had scabby legs prior to clipping.

I also have the Lister Liberty clippers, they are fab. You can get them with a battery or mains powered and they come with fine blades. Excellent!
