Could anyone recommend a clipper repairer within the Surrey area? My clippers (liveryman ones) start clipping and then all of a sudden run out of power )-:

Any recommendations would be great ........ thanks guys! :D

Personally I would send them back to be serviced by the manufacturer. I sent a pair of mine back last year (Lister I think) and they have come back practically brand new!

Sent mine to Alan Talbot Clippers in Buxton for repair (he has a website). Mine turned on but as soon as you started clipping the safety button popped out. Cost me £80 for new circuit board. (Lister clippers). He also does a speedy blade sharpening service too.

Depends where you are- there is a shop in Addlestone that takes blades and clippers in- they then send to some locally who has done a fab job for me in the past. Not sure if they are still doing it or not.

second this one, I had my liverymans repaired by a few years ago, the shop is still there and run by the same people so hopefully would be able to help you ~ haven't had one that needed clipping for a while ... until this winter coming so expect I will be a customer of theirs again! Thinks it's got the very original name of Addlestone Hardware store or similar.
