right-have decided that i am going to get myself some clippers to save some dosh in the long run.
At the moment i'm between getting some dextella ones or liveryman harmony's....dont know which ones to choose, the harmony ones seem a little more on the positive side as i can convert them to batterey if i want in the future.
any ideas which is better?
if any one can suggest any other worthy suggestions of around the 100mark that would be most appreciated

Hi i have the harmony ones, have done bout 5 clips with them, they have been really good, nice and quiet especially if you have a slightly nervous horse and very lightweight and we run ours off the battery pack and managed to do 2 clips before battery going flat.

hi there, i was thinking about getting the harmonies last year...but didnt as needed a new saddle. also can order them without a wait like dextella's

If your top budget is around £100, go for the Harmony, I would still tend to rate it as "a trimmer with attitude" rather than a clipper, but at least you are buying it from a reputable UK supplier, from whom you can be sure to get some back up if it goes wrong. The dextella clippers I would tend to steer clear of, unless someone can confirm having had good repair/spares supply service on these machines from a UK supplier.
