Clippers - very quick question

If I buy some clippers with EU plug can I safely use these in the Uk with one of those standard adapters - or can you get the plugs changed at all??
 
Providing the clipper is rated at 240 volts AC you should be fine to use an adaptor plug. You will however need to check if the clipper is double insulated. This symbol should be on the label and will be a square box inside another box. If the machine is 240volt ac double insulated, you can also cut the plug of and get a UK style three pin plug fitted. I would suggest a three amp fuse. If you want any further info PM me some details of the machine before you buy it.Glad to assist.
