I really really need to clip my horse but i have the problem of not having a pair of clippers or any access to any. However i would like to buy a pair as he is hogged and has his legs clipped out all year and has a full clip in winter. I'm a student so i don't have a lot of money, so i was wondering if anyone knows of a good make of clippers that won't cost me an arm and a leg.

You could always buy second hand. I sold my old Lister stablemates when I started to do more clipping then they could cope with. They were perfect for the one horse owner but not really powerful enough to cope with the numbers of horses I was clipping so I upgraded to the Lister Lasers and sold the others through our local equestrian free magazine. I sold them for £100 with 2 sets of sharpened blades.
