Clipping off my horses legs today 3 completely done and looking lovely... moved onto the fourth the clippers died on me!!!
Normally wouldnt matter I could wait until they were fixed to match it up...only problem horse is sedated to be clipped, so not ideal que *Frantic phonecalls to see who has got clippers and quick drive over to friends to collect her clippers*
Managed to get back horse beginning to wake up so Twitched him and thank goodness he was actually quite well behaved and now has 4 beautifully white matching legs!! :D

Ohno. Glad you got it sorted. I did have a small chuckle though sorry. Only because it reminded me of when I lived in the back of beyond in the cotswolds once I was clipping Lucy and had one side compleatly clipped out. Went round to do the otherside and bang we had a power cut. :( Oh no I thought she'll have to look strange for a few hours till it gets sorted. :( But it wasn't afew hours the power cut lasted 3 days   I couldn't take a half clipped horse out in public and half the yard was used by a racehorse trainer and all the jockys laughed at her :( so I had to lunge her in the dark and keep her rugged up for 3 days poor pony :(

Yep I had a disaster like this too once, clipped one side of my mates horse, just started first run on the other side (doing a blanket clip) and dropped my clippers and broke them, my friend sat in the corner and cried, I had to put the clippers in for repair and it took a fortnight to get them done, she ended up having to pay someone to come and finish him as she was due to compete that weekend

Thanks Michelle yep he is all matching wouldnt be so bad if he didnt have to be sedated to be clipped i would have allowed him to look daft in field till they were fixed!!
Its okay laura I laughed also once it was sorted!! O no poor lucy im sure she didnt mind but yeah these disasters do happen!
O dear devilwoman bet your friend wasnt best pleased but these things cant be helped...electric problems baffle me!!
