Clipping rash????

Having just clipped my 8yr old for the last time this winter, I've noticed a slightly raised area on her neck. I believe it could be a reaction to new clippers or the oil which was used on the blades. I will monitor it and hopefully it should calm down, it doesnt seem to affect her or irritate her. Should I put anything on it, or just leave it to see if it goes away?

If it's likely a reaction to the clipper oil I'd wash in hibiscrub as soon as possible, won't do any harm even if that wasn't the cause.
