Clipping, rugs etc

I had my connemara clipped today, last year we had a blanket clip but he used to get filthy legs and sweat on the top of them so we wanted them off but I decided to leave his back on. I was dubious of this as I thought it'd look silly but a) the clipper who does him for us said her horse and others shes done have that and b) I'm going for whats best for him.

anyway so he looks like this now

hes got a quilted stable rug on (medium kinda weight) and a thicker one with a neck on top... do you think he'll be warm enough as I'm getting paranoid hehe
