Clipping

When are you meant to start clipping? I know obviously it depends on the horses coat but is there a specific time of year so you dont mess up their coats.

just done mine today. i clip lots of horses andnormally start about beging of oct through to the end of jan. you have to be more careful at the end of winter because if you go to late then you will end up with a clip line all summer and it can make thesummer coata little duller too. but you can usually start clipping when eva you like.

I did mine today too, I think it's the earliest I have clipped them though
