Close call this evening..

Suni nearly kicked me in the head this evening, how she missed I do not know. It kind of felt like slow motion and I saw it about to happen and lifted my head up. But if I hadn't I don't think I'd be typing this right now.. Scary.

I know you'll probably be wondering why my head was near the ground behind her, right? However at the time that I bent over her bottom was facing the other way and she swang round.

Anyway just a warning to all to be careful, not that I doubt you are.

Phew lucky you for a warning, we are all guilty of occasionally doing things we shouldn't even if 99% of the time we are aware and careful x

Eeek! Glad you are OK!!! I had a horse rear up and strike me on the head this winter but luckily I was wearing a hat and I put one on all the time now.

I had a close one earlier too - was riding a friends horse which bucked me off on the lane, and as I was lying there winded, the flipping horse turned around and walked back over me! Heard my friend shout a warning but was precious little I could do! Didn't step on me though, luckily!

It is horrifying how close our horses come to wiping us out sometimes!!
