Hi, so was told today my yearling has a club foot. She also went a bit upright as a baby (which was corrected by farrier)....are these connected in anyway / same thing etc. she has had farrier regularly since birth. Thanks

I had a tb with one smaller boxy front foot, which some people described as a club foot. It was noticable but it never caused him any problems. I also know a dressage horse with one who is doing very well.
Farrier may be able to help a little but I doubt he will be able to 'cure' it as its just the way their foot is.

It would be worth posting this in the breeding section, for an adult horse I wouldn't try to 'cure' it but in a yearling maybe something can be done- surely regular trimming of the heels would help the foot open out.
