I'm in Luxembourg and my large pony uses a 115cm girth. My trainer has suggested that I get a stud guard girth for jumping. Annoyingly enough everyone over here appears to ride HUGE horses and the smallest one I can find on line (in my limited German search capabilities) is a 120cm which is just that little bit too big.

I've found this one which I like but the sizes are so much smaller than the ones on the german website it got me wondering if I'm converting the sizes properly? I've converted 115cm to 45 inches. so which one would I get for my little guy?

Its 2.5cm to an inch.

So a 115cm 45" and a bit.

I would go for a 44" or 46"- what holes on our girth straps are your buckles on your 115cm?

But there are cheaper ones that the JW ones! I know Equiport do lovely ones for under £100

ps your lucky my TB (15.3hh) is in a 42" girth!

He likes to breath out so we start on the first hole on one side and second on the other and by the time I've warmed up are at the halfway point on both sides :)

He's a German Riding pony so he's like a mini warm blood :) at 42" girth would be fun to find here, pony things are hard to find!

Oh and /i like this one for the easy way to atach the martingale as I don't have a snap on one but one that loops around the girth.
