I don't know if this is a really thick question but today in the sun I noticed a coffee granule looking thing above her pupil. This could be really thick and I'm hoping it's the actual pupil or something normal. So the question is, is it normal?

She's never given me reason to suspect sight issues at any point, she events and can deal with jumping from light to dark, isn't startled by things suddenly, and recognises me/my mum from half a mile away.

Feel free to laugh but I didn't think to check another horse and I'm slightly worried :p

Thanks!

Don't worry this is called the Corpora nigra and all horses have it although it can vary in size. It is normal even though it looks funny.
