Cold calling from the Countryside Alliance.

I am a member BUT I have just had two cold calls on consecutive days offering me the Daily Telegraph and the Spectator.
I have emailed them and asked them to stop.
Is this normal practice?

I have had calls from both in the past too. I told both politely that I don't have time to read their publications therefore they were wasting both their and my time.

No more calls since then!!
