cold weather + aching joints :(

Anyone else suffering in this recent cold spell? My leg is hurting and aching so much...i rode with tights under my jods, two pairs of socks and thermal innersoles in my boots but still frozen to the bone.


Anyone have any good remedies for stoping the aching?

(Note: History - i broke my leg very badly years ago)

I wear thermal long jphns under my jods & at least 2 prs of socks, thermal vest, T shirt, sweat shirt, gilet & coat... still suffer from a cold head my hat has large air-vents!

I wore my Musto winter/waterproof over-trousers this afternoon; was as warm as toast..... luvverly!
