I was watching 'Rolf's Animal Clinic' today and there was a horse on there which had to have colic surgery. I've never had a horse have to go through it or even have colic so I didn't really know what the surgery involved but they showed the surgery on the horse and it was really interesting. It also shocked me as I didn't realise a horse could get such bad colic from tapeworms.
I just thought I'd share so that if anyone wants to watch it. It was on channel 5 at lunchtime today so should be on catch up
